Information we collect
Name, phone, email, ZIP, electric bill, service interest, contact preference, solar-system details, how you heard about us, Facebook Page and Instant Form fields, Messenger messages, and basic device/log data needed to run the site. Website quotes are submitted through a HubSpot form we host for follow-up.
How we use it
To run your Illinois numbers, contact you about an appointment, check whether a project may qualify for Illinois Shines, and operate ads. We do not sell your information.
Facebook and Meta
If you submit a Facebook Instant Form or message the Page, Meta shares the fields you complete with us. We use that only to follow up on your solar request. This privacy policy is the policy linked from those ads and forms.
Sharing
We share information with installation, financing, Palmetto LightReach, VPA program, Duracell, Cox Roofing, or Approved Vendor partners only as needed to evaluate or complete a project you asked about, and with service providers who host this site. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Lead records are kept as long as needed to work your request and meet legal or advertising-record requirements, then deleted or archived.
Your choices
Email or message us to access, correct, or delete your lead data, or to stop marketing messages. If you are an Illinois resident you may also request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Children
This site is for homeowners 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
